I came up with this route specifically targetting adder's tongue, the most valuable herb in sholazar, covers all its spawn points pretty quickly and you can grab lots of lily & clover aswell.

I seem to get an abundance of lotus using this route aswell.

On average about 10 lotus an hour when i herb
