<Play> of Hellscream (PVE-CST) is a hardcore raiding guild on a progressed and active server. We are the top guild on the server with multiple server firsts, we are top US ~50 (with some world 1sts achivements), and we run with a very small raiding roster. We are looking for an exceptional Resto Shaman to join our raiding core. You must be geared and experienced in the content we are in and ready to step in for heroic modes.

Current Progression: We have all content cleared, many world firsts achievements in ICC (ranking is a bit low because we focused on acps over the actual kill bc anyone can get a kill :)and dealing with terrible lag on Prof. despite this we still go him in 12 attempts), and of course all in clear on 10 man ICC. We are 5/5 H. ToC (25) with server first Tribute to Insanity, 5/5 H. ToC (10) with server first Tribute to Dedicated Insanity, and server first Earth Wind & Fire (25). We were 14/14 Pre-Nerf, 9/9 HMs and got server first Ironbound Proto-drakes. We also got server first Death's Demise and of course also have our Rusted Drakes in 10 man.

Our main focus: Progression. Hard-Core raiding in a fun environment. We also like achievement points!

We choose what hard modes to work based on how many points a kill will get to bump us in world rankings.

Previous progression: At 70 we cleared everything up to KJ. We had all 10/25 man content on farm, including Sarth +3 drakes (10 and 25) and 6 min Malygos. Most of us rounded out GotR and HGotR.

We are a mature, DRAMA FREE (we can honestly say that ), fun, hardcore raiding guild. We are a tight-knit raiding guild that enjoy raiding and having fun at the same time. We feel like when you're good you can progress and still have fun doing it. We do no tolerate loot %**!@s, elitists, drama queens, or instigators of any type.

We raid Sun-Thurs 7-11 CST (invites go out at 6:45pm)

What we expect out of you:
1. Be the proper and max raid spec (no exceptions) with an appropriate and usable secondary spec.
2. To be properly/max geared, enchanted, gemmed.
3. Maintain at least an 80% Raid Attendance over 30 days. (we expect 100% barring emergencies).
4. Be repaired and on time with all consumables.
5. Have a good and solid connection/computer. DC's are time lost and if it becomes a problem we will sit you.
6. Be an asset to us. We want to get you in/get you gear, but you need to show us you deserve it.
7. Must be a geared and experienced 80 (no re-rolls still lvling) with a back ground in hard-core raiding.
8. Pre-nerf SW experience is a huge plus, and 25 man experience comparable to ours is required.
9. Have a good attitude in raids and out. This means no drama what so ever and be able to wipe on new encounters/hard modes and maintain a good attitude etc.
10. Be willing to sit. Working hard modes/heroic modes we need to min/max raid compositions, so be willing to be sat. If you are sat, be parked outside (or able to be contacted) in case you are needed.

We do not carry people through raids, we are a team and it takes all of us to be on top of our game to progress as fast as possible.
